A whole yard is a different job from a single patio. Everything has to be sequenced so the fence does not block the patio, and the patio does not have to be lifted for the fireplace.
Over one summer this property went from an unfinished back garden to a finished one: a fence around it, a patio through the middle of it, and an outdoor fireplace as the thing everyone now sits at.
